About Us

Leadership Edmonton is home to the Pioneer Leadership Development Program, where participants learn how to support sustainable, healthy, engaged and caring communities. This experience provides an opportunity to gain a deeper fundamental understanding of issues, a greater sensitivity to diversity, and a new commitment to stewardship.

"Our future is not a predetermined path we’re obligated to walk down. We can change the direction from here… We need to look thoughtfully at what’s going on, and decide what we want to do about it,"
- Margaret Wheatley
