Pioneer Leadership participants will be exposed to innovative learning methods that will guide them towards both short and long term learning outcomes.

Participants
On a very real and practical level, participants will develop insights that will further their ability to effectively lead not only their own organizations but to positively influence our community. While other opportunities to explore leadership are available in the marketplace, Leadership Edmonton offers an experience like no other. The hands-on nature of the learning experiences will offer participants opportunities to explore their personal perception of leadership and to focus on areas of interest to both themselves and the community while studying the patterns of past and present leaders.

Leadership Edmonton is also unique in its potential to build connections between emerging leaders from all sectors of our community. The program not only opens new doors for participants; it provides them with new perspectives and understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing their peers.

Leadership Edmonton's experiential journey through the Greater Edmonton community will expose emerging leaders to the diversity of thought, cultures, visions, and issues that make up our communities.   Leadership Edmonton will expand the quantity and quality of experienced leaders in our community.
